Strip down

We would live easier and much lighter if we were able to strip down the limiting believes for the same amount of time we can strip down our outfit.

The clothes behind which we hide our body, as it’s not magnificent and our natural look, but it has to be hidden and forbidden of observation.

Last weekend I was reborn again - for the first time I was completely nude in public and in front of people, bathing in the mountain’s river surrounded by nature and accompanied by a close friend. I felt alive. I felt normal and completely natural.

Why do we hide so much? Why is so wrong and unacceptable to be who we are? And isn’t the rules and all the norms actually separating us further from our nature?

I know we can’t just walk in the metro naked, but spending more time nude, in our birth outfit is connecting us more to ourselves, to our bodies, helping us accept it more for what it is - the magnificent, intelligent robe of our soul in this current life.

We like to touch

There is a reason we crave the physical representation of things, such as photographs, art, books… The experience we gain form form is something that the screens will never be able to provide us with.

Artefacts will never die because of this very fact - we like to touch with our skin, to see in person with out eyes, to have our body surrounded by. It’s a multidimensional experience that involves our senses, our emotions and our energy. That is irreplaceable.

Here comes the reason why we feels disconnected in a world with such fast, wide and immediate digital connection. It’s antinatural to our nature. Tools are great, innovation is awesome to have. However, what we need most remains the same - physically and energetically felt, part of a secure community to pay contribution and be acknowledged.

Don’t run, you can’t hide

From who you are, from what is meant for you.

Don’t try to please them, fulfil their dreams or meet their expectations. You’re not here to behave in any other way but authentically as yourself.

It might brings you sadness, sorrow even, when you see your loved ones “not getting you”. Give a tear and keep going. They can’t know what’s inside of you, so don’t expect them to.

You go do you and know you’re supported, guided, taken care of.

Always and forever.

Are you (dis)connected?

We feel lost when we’re disconnected. From our body, from our essence, from who we really are. Disconnection makes us ill. Mentally, physically, both together.

Disconnection comes from separating ourselves from who we really are, from what we feel is good for us, from what we desire, from the way we express ourselves authentically.

Disconnection from oneself can lead to self harm through substances, all the way down to suicide.

Does this sound scary to you? Have you been there? Have you been afraid to accept, confront and share that you need help? Have you asked for the help? Have you tried to end it all?

Or are you still thinking you can manage the pressure, you can handle the situation, that it’s not too bad as there are worse things in life?

What is worse than the hopeless than one thinking that ending their life is the best or only way out?

You are strong and you can go through all the challenges life throws at you. But you’re also entitled to ask for help and receive it. You’re also supposed to rest, recharge, accept or deny what is good for you and what is not anymore.

You ARE supposed to put yourself first.

Life is too precious to be wasted living outside of your true Self.

It’s not about you

It’s about your mission. Your purpose, the work you were sent here to do.

It’s not about the opinion of your what your family or friends, but what you are supposed to give to the community. A unique work that only you can do to break the hurtful patterns of the past and plant new seeds for the future.

It’s not about how far you can go, but how deep you can reach those you touch along the way. Your mission is important for you, for us and for the Whole.

Staying small, keeping it all hidden inside when you perfectly know you’re more than what they perceive, is not an act of humbleness but rather a disservice towards all of us and all there is.

It’s not a coincidence, luck or a chance. God, the Universe, or however you call it has created you like this for a reason. All of it, until the smallest of detail. Your soul chose to come and perform this way around. Your ego is under your control, not the other way around.

You’re not here to obey to other’s ego performance.

You’re here to let your light shine bright as far and as deep it possibly can.
