I’m aware and I go in and out of certain habits. Found out anxiety has been my main buddy throughout my life, so working on this (kind of toxic) relationship lets me deprive myself of doing what I like, want and really look forward to. Like this Daily Blog for example.
I think about it, think about you too. But also learning to allow myself to take time and observe myself, the patterns I carry and the reason I’m moving towards the goals I desire.
This is a simple note for you, for me, for us - the world won’t finish if you skip a step, if you slow dow, if you restart the game. Sometimes a daily practice is nonlinear, disorganised even passive. A daily practice is not also the desire to move forward, even while standing still but simply not giving up. Daily practice is also acknowledging how you feel, how much energy you have and that not all days you can be on 100%.
