What an incredible experience!

Constantly changing. Capable to birth life. To expand, to transform and then get back to regularity. To feel truth and transmit peace.

The more I age, or better to say grow, the more I appreciate my female body. Observing carefully - what we like, what we don’t like, and how much all these changes are helping us and the world.

It might look like a men’s world, but we all came out of a women’s womb.

Sexes are not equal, but they’re equally important. Life is a duality, balance is key. Let’s give equally high credits to both parties. And may both know their true role…

Get up and do it again

Ever felt like there is no point moving forward? After all the effort, time and dedication to get to here, still you’re not yet where you thought you would be, so why not just give up and call it a day?

Because you can't. Because there’s something bigger inside that even the darkest time and the hardest road can’t fully convict you to stop.

Get up and keep going. This is not the end. It’s darkest before the dawn. Nothing lasts forever and all that comes into your life is there to teach you, to prepare you to where you want to go.

What is stopping you is you

It’s easier to blame the outside - circumstances, people, the era. It’s easier to pass the responsibility to something you can control. It confirms the secure of the ego - remain the same to feel safe.

This is not what you came here for. This is not why you went through all of those challenges life threw at you. No. You are born for more and you know it.

Once you decid the change that you want is in your own hands, you will also see how many tools you have collected along the way. Skills, people, environments - all you need is right here right now for you. Would you grab it, use it and transform, or would you remain the same?

Waiting for change without making an effort is like wanting to go some place without moving. Yet there are 1000+ reasons for the ego to convince you it’s pointless to even try.
