Do we really have to get to the darkest corner to see the light?
Do we need breakdown needed to break out?
Can a process of recovery be speeded up?
Not sure if it’s good to share, but I’ll do it anyway. I’m currently a recoveree after one of those massive breakdowns I’ve had numerous times before, but this time decided to ask for help.
It turned out as one of the best self-care actions I’ve even taken. It has taken me a month to just begin to see myself again, to feel like myself again.
Doing too much doesn’t mean you’re efficient. Following instructions doesn’t mean it’s the right solution to your personal math task.
We get out of balance when we stop listening to our true Self.
