For over 18 years I’ve been practicing body-mind-soul connection through artistic self-portraiture, where I discovered the therapeutic power of auto-observation. Many hours spent looking at the body and into the eyes in front the mirror, hundreds of photographs of dislike, dozens of journals covered in contradictory love-hate language towards my own self, body and character. To finally understand it’s all a lie. We’re perfect just the way we are from the very start.
Sensual photography is what you’ve been missing to connect the puzzle of self-love. Not only to hear, but see and be proven to with your own eyes your magnificent, one of a kind type of light. The light that you’re here to express for the sanity of yourself, of us, of the whole. This photographic experience is not just about the beautiful visuals, it dives deeper into the soul and show you all of your glory.

El poder de la fotografía, junto con experiencias personales desafiantes, me han dado la capacidad y el conocimiento práctico para guiarte en una transformación íntima e irrepetible. Un espacio seguro donde puedes dejar atrás las máscaras, las preocupaciones, cualquier expectativa social y simplemente dejar que tu esencia tome la iniciativa.

Durante más de 18 años he practicado la conexión cuerpo-mente-alma a través del autorretrato artístico, donde descubrí el poder terapéutico de la autoobservación. Muchas horas frente al espejo, mirándome al espejo, cientos de fotografías que me disgustaban, decenas de diarios llenos de un lenguaje contradictorio de amor-odio hacia mí misma, mi cuerpo y mi personalidad. Para finalmente comprender que todo es una mentira. Somos perfectos tal como somos desde el principio.
La fotografía sensual es lo que te faltaba para completar el rompecabezas del amor propio. No solo para escuchar, sino para ver y comprobar con tus propios ojos tu magnífica e irrepetible luz. La luz que estás aquí para expresar por tu propia salud mental, por la nuestra, por la de todos. Esta experiencia fotográfica no se trata solo de bellas imágenes, sino que profundiza en el alma y te muestra toda tu gloria.

Art Project Poblenou is a creative hub based in the heart of the most artistic neighbourhood in Barcelona. It accommodates Painting & Photography and expands beyond. Offers classes, art gallery, photo studio, workshops, events, team buildings and artists support. It’s premises are open for other creatives and their projects.
