How much is enough?

How high is your tolerance threshold? Do you give up easily? Or can resist the tension for way too long than needed?

Life is a balance, they say. Duality is in all. This includes saying more “yes” to receiving more of what you want, and asking for help when you need to.

We, many women included here, often feel unworthy accepting goods, and push through pain for way too long. Yes, you can live with less, and yes, you’re stronger to go through every challenge life throws at you, but is it really necessary to be always on the edge?

I’m guilty for both and more. Working on my own basket full of patterns, some longer than 100 years back. It’s not a smooth sail, but I rather sort as much as I can while still here.

Have you noticed your patterns? Or are you constantly ignoring them?

You have the right to live a balanced life. It starts with the conscious decision - say more YES to what’s enriching you, and more NO to what’s depriving you.

Change the viewpoint

What if the changes that we first take with anxiety and denial are actually supposed to be taken with excitement instead?

What if the question is not “why is this happening to me?”, but instead “I’m excited to see where I’m going!”

Fifteen years after I’ve left my family home I’m finally beginning to learn to flow with life and its waves.

Lately is very popular to talk about manifesting, to understand how to do it best. Yet when things starts to change, because it doesn’t look like we thought it would, we start resisting the flow.

Why? Wasn’t this what you wanted? Does it matter how you get there if you get what you wanted at the end?

We’re not those who manage the Universe. She knows better. All that is required from us is to let ourselves flow with it. Because regardless of our opinion, life will continue its sacred movement.

Don’t asume

You don’t know what others are going through, unnoticeable carrying their pain.

Don’t assume. Don’t guess. Maybe it’s better if you don’t know. It’s none of your business. Be gentle.

We’re harsh to the different. To the neglected. We’re jealous of those in a better social state, but for neither of them we know the story behind their scars.

Don’t make assumptions, says the Third Agreement. You know how often you got it wrong.

Loneliness VS solitude

Often mistaken one for another.

You want want a better life, better outcomes, better relationships, but avoid the simplest thing of all - spending time with yourself.

I remember the times when I was clingy, emotionally attached, scared of doing things by myself or being alone. Like being on my own was unacceptable and I had to feel down for not having anyone around. Many tears, self harm and wasted energy. It thought me to look deeper into the mirror. To listen to the silence. To first acknowledge how I feel, then relate to the outside world.

I know many who are afraid of being alone, or feel strange to do things on their own. But how do you learn about yourself, how can you get to know yourself if you don’t spent time only with yourself by yourself?

Solitude is not loneliness. It’s a luxurious private retreat where you get to know the real You. The one that you often tent to hide. The one that has secrets only you know about. The one that has never betrayed you and always walked by your side. The one that loves you, even when you don’t know how to love yourself.

It’s not about you

It’s about your mission. Your purpose, the work you were sent here to do.

It’s not about the opinion of your what your family or friends, but what you are supposed to give to the community. A unique work that only you can do to break the hurtful patterns of the past and plant new seeds for the future.

It’s not about how far you can go, but how deep you can reach those you touch along the way. Your mission is important for you, for us and for the Whole.

Staying small, keeping it all hidden inside when you perfectly know you’re more than what they perceive, is not an act of humbleness but rather a disservice towards all of us and all there is.

It’s not a coincidence, luck or a chance. God, the Universe, or however you call it has created you like this for a reason. All of it, until the smallest of detail. Your soul chose to come and perform this way around. Your ego is under your control, not the other way around.

You’re not here to obey to other’s ego performance.

You’re here to let your light shine bright as far and as deep it possibly can.
