Trust the process

…even if you don’t see the outcome yet.

Been told this so many times, yet impatience still remains.

When we plant a seed we don’t dig the soil every other minute to see if it’s growing. Instead we water it and wait. We believe that it will grow, without even seeing the process. And one day, “out of surprise” or “luck”, we see the little green leaf stretching up above the soil.

What a celebration! It’s growing! It’s working!

Yes, the process is working withought humans’ micro management. Rather with their believe and trust. Faith and patience.

Sometimes I wonder, do plants hurt when they grow through the soil the same way we do when we go through hurdles in life?

Drastic change or simple decision

While longing for the dream outcome, we often get paralysed by making a simple decision.

It’s like we’re tired of walking the path before we even started. Or afraid that all that we wish for can come true.

In the end it’s just the ego trying to protect us from danger, yet not every unknown aspect of life is a life threatening danger.

A long way starts with a little step forward. A desired change starts with a simple decision. The quiet, inner decision of “I’ve had enough”.

And just as simple as that, you never turned back…

They won’t get you

Don’t expect them to.

They might never understand you. It doesn’t mean they don’t love you.

We assume that those closest to us have to get us always, with certainly and before anyone else. Just because we know them the longest, doesn’t guarantee the stronger connection.

We’re here because of them, thankfully to them and all that they did before us. But we’re not them and times aren’t like theirs. We’re here to do our part for those that will come after.

You’re not here to walk on their path repeating their steps. You’re here to leave your own marks, discover your own self, participate for the highest good in your unique, authentic way.

Be grateful for what you have, but don’t let their limits based on the past mould your future.

We’re all gonna die. Might as well live the way we feel drawn to.

No body to blame

How would we look like if we don’t have bodies?

Would we still be so harsh and critical to our appearance?

Would we still find something we can always blame?

Humans an average of 73 years. Less than a century we have to live in a body that is given to us, but living with us and our constant changes. A body that no matter what it happens, tries to cooperate and compensate, regenerate and get back to the best function it can. An intelligence that is guiding us and helping us taste life.

Yes we always find something we’re not happy about it. Until it’s too late. Or it fails.

What if we accept it more for what it is, for how it is, for what is giving us?

What if we act like we there is no body to blame?
