It’s not personal, it’s business

They don’t think about what you deeply care about. And that’s okay.

It’s your job and life journey to become the person you feel inside, doing, gaining and experiencing what you personally want.

Overachievers are focused on hustling and proving others wrong. Or aiming for certain status in order to be accepted.

It’s all in your head. Their heads are full of themselves. Be who you wanna be, do what you wanna do. Be kind on then say but don’t forget yourself.

Only You can give Yourself what you truly seek. A lot of times this is the exact opposite of anything material.

Your first priority

They say, how you do one thing is how you do everything. So how do you do yourself?

Do you speak, treat and think of yourself the same way you do to others? Or are you putting them before and above yourself? Are their needs more valuable for you to fulfil than your own? Why?

Talking, treating and carrying yourself in the best way you can and believe one is deserving of, is not a selfish act. In fact the contrary.

The example you give others by the way you treat yourself is crucial for your wellbeing and all that you receive. It comes from us first - from the inner believe, through the outer expression to the way others are reacting back to us.

Your first priority is yourself.

Then rest follows with ease.

You know it, follow it

That inner knowing, the feeling of excitement when you think about it. You know it’s for you. You know it’s coming if you let it. So why are you so afraid?

There’s some true romanticism regarding dreams. It’s like in a way they are more special if they remain dreams. Something we wish for, but not necessarily work on achieving it. Why? - It’s easier to dream, to wish, to long for a goal, a place, an occupation that to make a plan and just jump into the unknown, learning on the way how to make it happen.

Dreams are pretty. Putting the work into them not always. Takes more than imagination to go for your dreams and make them happen. It require times of unpretty moments, doubts and struggles. Times when you would wonder “Is this really what I want?”

Achieving your dreams is not a pink dream, but rather a ix of nightmares and sleepless nights. Yes these exact ingredients are what make them worth following.

Because along the way you will find out how pretty this unpretty journey is. How worthy are all the struggles. And how important it is to follow your dreams just because if you don’t, you’ll never know what it would have been.

What are you grateful for?

…I was asked the other day during a session where for q change I was in front of the camera.

My Life, I said. And I meant it.

I’ve been working hard on learning to accept, to balance, to change what is no longer serving me and manifest what I actually want. It is an outgoing process, but if we’re not happy and appreciative in the now, we won’t ever feel it, even if achieved.

I am guilty of chasing achievement and when I reach it, the next goal is already in the far distance, waving at me. A constant chase, an illusion that “one day” when I “get there” I will feel complete.

No.

If it’s not now it’s never. Because we only have now. And the now in the previous sentence is already the past. The moment is now and the moment passes in an instant. Nothing in the future will fulfil you like the gratitude of what you have NOW.

Now is everything we have, yet we live disconnected of it looking forward or backwards.

Is a burnout always required to show that a break is desperately needed?

Regarding everting - physical activity, creative flow, relationships, especially the one with the Self.

We, as women, often struggle with the idea of resting, taking time to reflect, slowing down. Especially those of us who are goal, carrer oriented. We dismiss the idea of how we’re supposed to function and follow the example of the men.

There’s a reason we function in a different way. Acknowledging our strengths and weaknesses, living the way we were created to is the only way forward.

You’re here for a reason. Your strength is in what is given to you, what comes easier to you but make difference in others life.

You don’t need to hustle for your gift. Just tune to it and let it flow.
